Evening Welcome Reception


Monday September 16

We begin with our opening remarks on Monday, followed by morning Summit Sessions, Networking Lunch and afternoon of Small Group Dialogues. We wrap the day with an Evening Celebration and Cocktail Reception.


Tuesday September 17

Tuesday starts with a peer group breakfast and a recap of Monday's activities. We'll then re-engage in Summit Sessions through the morning. Following a Networking Lunch, we wrap the Summit with the Town Hall Open Forum.





The CCNG Executive Summit is very different from other Professional Conferences in that it is designed to maximize the attendees’ time with other Contact Center professionals dealing with similar issues and challenges to your own. The majority of the Executive Summit format is focused on hearing from other Contact Center executives, to share and discuss case studies and our own best practices.
